But then after a bout a minute the same will happen, again and again. If I play around with the ASIO settings a little (turn off the two Realtek things: Input and Output) and then close it, the sound will eventually come back. This might take a little bit of fiddling to select them in the right order. What you want to do is arrange it so that it looks like mine below, with your PC sound card output selected, your PC sound card input deselected and the Rocksmith USB guitar selected. This works fine at first, but after about a minute I stop getting any output, the ASIO4ALL icon in the system tray shows a flashing red exclamation mark, and this is what I see: Expand your PC sound card entry by hitting the + and exposing the inputs and outputs. This is my setup: my laptop running GR5 is connected to an external USB DAC (a FiiO E10K) that generally bypasses my Realtek audio card. After a bit of fiddling with the settings I managed to get it to work, BUT there's an issue. I've installed ASIO4ALL to use my Rocksmith Cable with GR5. Hello everyone, I think this is the right place to ask this question.
